Home runs weren't the most impressive thing about Morneau's performance

As I was watching the home run derby last night, I couldn't help but get wrapped up in Josh Hamilton's first-round display as did the fans at Yankee Stadium, but after listening to Justin Morneau give his interview following the derby, I came to realize what a class act the Twins have as a first basemen.
Morneau became the first Twin to win the home run derby after slugging 22 homers on 30 outs.

It feels good to talk trash again.

I'm a former Timberwolves fan. You could call me a fair-weather fan, but really, I mean, after awhile, it's just a little tough to support a team that almost NEVER wins.

I miss the days of sitting in the Target Center nosebleed seats and swapping boos and hisses with Lakers fans as Kobe and Shaq battled it out with KG and Wally.

I didn't even see the Justin Timberlake/Pepsi one; I must have been re-filling my chip bowl.

I thought most of them were lame, but I liked the Will Ferrell/Bud Light spot.

I am not going to lie… When Troy Williamson was drafted seventh overall in 2005 I bought into the excitement. A fast, young receiver who could step into a role of stretching the defense with one little set-back, his hands were questionable.
