As I'm home sick today, I see Paula Dean making this on television. I know she's not looking out for our wastelines, but this looks good.This is Paula Dean's recipe, as found on the Food Network Web site.
Here's another really good Rachel Ray recipe. I don't know what it is about her recipes lately, but I really like this one.
Recipe courtesy of Rachel Ray1 1/4 to 1 1/2 pounds tilapia, 4 fillets
Coarse salt
Ground pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin, eyeball it
Brown meatballs...
In a saucepan, Mix 1 beer, 1 cup of Ketchup, 4 Tbls. Sugar, 4 Tbls.Worstershire, 4 Tbls. of Vinegar...
Bring to boil and then pour over meatballs and Bake at 350 degrees depending on size of meatballs 1/2 hour to hour...
