According to the Associated Press, a Texas man who shot and killed two men he suspected of burglarizing his neighbor's home was cleared of the shootings [1] Monday by a grand jury on June 30.

The 911 phone call [2] was pretty intense, as the man stated he wasn't going to let them get away to a dispatcher.
