Send an Obit to the Editor

You are welcome to submit an obituary to appear in the newspaper and on its web site.

Additional information may be published but it carries a fee. A picture of the deceased is also accepted with longer, paid obituaries; please submit in .jpg or .tif formats and be sure the file is less than 4 megabytes in size.

Basic information can be published free of charge: name of the deceased, their age, where they are from, when and where they died, and funeral arrangements--including the name of the funeral home.
