A Prior Lake man was one of two people indicted on fraud charges in federal court last week for his alleged role in an elaborate scam that bilked mortgage lenders of $2.5 million in less than a year.

A jury trial for officer misconduct allegations against former Prior Lake police officer Michael Alan Ficken is set to begin next week in Scott County District Court in Shakopee.

Feb. 4: A 19-year-old man from Savage was arrested for a minor consumption warrant out of Scott County after police conducted a traffic stop near Franklin Trail and 160th Street.
